MessageAPI connects your WhatsApp number to Tally, Busy, Google Sheets and your own software — so bills, reminders, campaigns and alerts go out from a dashboard or a simple HTTP API.

Both Android and iPhone. Link WhatsApp from your phone with a QR code or a pairing code, and open WhatsApp on the phone at least once every 14 days so the link stays active.
How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
After signing up, open the device section of your dashboard, give the device a name and link it to WhatsApp by scanning the QR code or by using a pairing code.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. You can send text, files, or text with a file using simple GET or POST requests to https://messagesapi.co.in/chat/… with your user ID and device name. Your credentials and the full API reference are in your dashboard after you log in.
Can I send PDFs, bills and other files?
Yes. Send files from the dashboard, from Tally with the free TDL, from any Windows program with Mobill Printer, or through the API by passing a public file URL.
How can I benefit from the Google Sheet integration?
In any business, a large database of leads builds up over time, usually kept in Google Sheets or Excel. You can now send WhatsApp messages to any mobile number in a Google Sheet — not only the numbers in your phone book. A bigger database means more responses to your campaigns, and ultimately more sales for your business.
When would I use Google Sheets with WhatsApp in my business?
Use a Google Sheet as a calling database for your calling team and have them send WhatsApp messages to leads based on the response received. Create a new campaign and send it to selected or all mobile numbers in a sheet. Auto-send a WhatsApp message when a customer submits a Google Form. Create a task reminder list for employees or customers and schedule WhatsApp reminders from the sheet.
What do WhatsApp Group Manager and Manage Replies mean?
Today every WhatsApp account has multiple groups for networking, exchanging information and even as an MIS tool in business. Managing chats across these groups can be a big task, and important chats can get overlooked as new chats pile on top of older ones. WhatsApp Group Manager (WGM) solves this. Groups are also a source of free database for promoting your own business, but copying member data manually is time-consuming — with WGM it takes a click.
Do I have to pay extra for the new services?
If you are an existing customer and want to use the new features, you need to buy a new plan. The wallet balance remaining in your existing plan will be adjusted by extending your plan validity.
Can I get a trial of the new services?
Yes. Existing users can request a trial of the new services with their existing plan — follow the instructions on your homepage after logging in. All new users get a free 3-day trial by default.
How many credits are deducted for using the new services?
All new features are available to existing users on the unlimited WhatsApp wallet plan only. Users on credit plans will not be able to use the new features.
How can I start using new features with the credits in my account?
You need a valid wallet plan to allocate new feature-based plans to your users. You cannot buy or transfer new plans with only credits in your account, but you can get your wallet recharged by surrendering your credits. For details, please call 9319916790.
